1. Who we are

The Integration Alliance is a business name of Pritech Pty Ltd ACN 623 556 776, ABN 68 623 556 776 (we, us). We help businesses put AI to work as infrastructure they own and control. This policy explains how we handle personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

• Contact details: name, business name, role, email, phone and address when you enquire, book a call, or become a client.
• Engagement information: information about your business, systems and processes that you share with us during discovery or delivery.
• Client data: personal information held in your systems that we may be able to see while doing work for you. We handle it only on your behalf, under our Data Handling and Security Schedule.
• Website data: basic analytics such as pages visited, approximate location, browser and device, recorded by our website host, Cloudflare. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We don't collect sensitive information, such as health information, unless it is part of client data we handle on a client's behalf.

3. How we collect it

Directly from you (forms, email, calls, meetings), from your organisation when it engages us, from public sources such as business registers and LinkedIn, and automatically when you use our website.

4. Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and bill for our services, manage our relationship with you, keep our systems and clients' systems secure, comply with the law, and send you updates you have agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data to train AI models.

5. Who we share it with

• Our team and specialist subcontractors who are bound by confidentiality.
• Service providers we use to run our business, including Microsoft 365, our password manager and accounting system, Cloudflare (website hosting and enquiry email) and Anthropic (Claude).
• Professional advisers, and regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We choose providers with privacy and security commitments that we consider substantially similar to the APPs.

7. AI and automated decisions

We use AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to help draft documents, analyse information and build client systems. A person on our team reviews that work. We do not use computer programs to make decisions about you that could significantly affect your rights or interests. If that changes, we will update this policy to explain what information is used and what kinds of decisions are made.

8. Security

We protect personal information with measures including multi-factor authentication, encrypted password vaults, least-privilege access and security logging. If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required.

9. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or make a complaint, by emailing adam@thinkintegrated.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will always be at thinkintegrated.ai/privacy.
